Thankful 5- Fitness

Now this is a rough one because there are a lot of different exercises I do.  It was a challenge to just pick 5. It took me a while to narrow it down to this list.  I’ve selected these ones because I love how they incorporate a lot of additional muscle groups in addition to the primary ones being targeted.  Might as well get the most out of every rep you do at the gym right?

Fall Feels

Walk into any Trader Joe’s and the smell of that sweetened cinnamon, and the presence of 100’s of pumpkins makes the reality of us being in the thick of Fall inescapable. Plus, every coffee shop under the sun is boasting of their pumpkin spice lattes.  As I’m not a coffee drinker, sorry you will not be getting an recipes on that, but I wanted to share with you a fall dinner favorite of mine that incorporates pumpkin/ squash in the spirit of fall.
